Cancellation Policy
Right to Cancel
The subsequent right to cancelation does not apply if the merchandise you have ordered is intended for use in your commercial or free-lance occupation.
You may cancel your contractual agreement in writing (i.e. Letter, fax or email) within 2 weeks without stating a reason or by returning the merchandise.
The term shall begin with the day after receipt of the merchandise. If we have not informed you of you cancellation right and pursuant of the necessary information provided in the Distance Selling Directive the term begins upon receipt of these instructions in the written form.
The timely cancellation or item return satisfies the cancellation terms.

Items that are manufactured to customer specification, are tailored to a customers specific needs or are not suitable for return due to its properties, are exempt from return consignment..
Cancellation Consequences
In the event of an effective cancellation all services provided on either side shall be returned and any use derived, if applicable shall be surrendered.
Returning items suitable for packaged shipping at our expense and at our risk.

You may use the enclosed return-sticker for return consignments. You may use this offer at your discretion. Your cancellation right shall hereby not be affected in any form.
Wall maps arrive at our location safely if they are not rolled because they may break otherwise.
'In the event of return consignments of a shipment exceeding an order value of up to EUR 40,00 total, you are responsible for the return costs, if the delivered goods corresponds to the goods ordered. In the event you are unable to return the received services as a whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you are obligated to make restitution to us if we have informed you in writing of this legal consequence no later than at contract conclusion. Upon relinquishment of an item liability to pay for value damages is ineffective if the deterioration of the merchandise can be explicitly attributed to the inspection of goods. Otherwise you may avoid liability to pay for value damages by utilising the item as little as possible and refrain from everything that may jeopardise its value.
You must fulfil obligations for restitution within 30 days of sending your cancellation declaration.
